IVS has been performing tax parcel mapping for municipalities for over
12 years. Our tax mapping services range from parcel updating, CAD
conversion, parcel rectification and/or deed research if you don't
currently have tax mapping.
Your final product will include coding of the parcel IDs to successfully
linking your grand list with your parcel data. We can provide your data
in personal geodatabase (ArcGIS), Arc/Info coverage, shapefile, or CAD
format.
IVS has developed a suite of tools called
MunicipalGIS which is specifically designed for municipal end-users.
The ArcGIS interface has been customized to automate many of the tasks
required for municipal users.
